This workshop will explain the basics of AI and how it can impact Schools and School Treasurers. We will discuss use cases for AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, and their pricing structures. You may choose to attend in-person at NEOnet in Cuyahoga Falls or via Zoom

This training will cover the Post-Payroll processes in USPS, including New Hire reporting, SERS and STRS Per-Pay, Employer Distributions, Employer Retirement Share, and Processing Outstanding Payables.

Student Services Open Lab

This is a bi-weekly meeting for USxS districts. We will spend the hour answering any questions that districts might have, or processes that you would like us to go over.  

This session will be an overview of the discipline module.

Joint meeting begins at 9am in the Event Center, then groups breakout at 10am. Lunch will be provided at 11am in the Event Center. More details can be found on this agenda document. 

Open Lab

This is a Beginner-level training for State Software districts.  In this session, we will demonstrate best practices for running, and sharing reports in USAS and USPS.  We will also review tips for customizing queries and report sort options.
