We offer Graduate Credit through Ashland University! You may choose to take a 1 Credit Hour course or a 3 Credit Hour course.
The cost is $185 per graduate credit hour, paid directly to Ashland University. Either of these courses can be completed 100% online through NEOnet PD On-Demand.

About this course:
This course will explore AI’s impact on teachers, students, and education as a whole. The goal of this course is to provide educators with a comprehensive look at AI, how to take advantage of it for the classroom, and how to encourage responsible use of AI.

Intro to AI in Education
Brisk AI Teaching Assistant
PBL in the AI Era
Managing AI Misuse
AI for HQSD

(2) Enroll in Exploring AI In Education on NEOnet PD On-Demand. You will need to log into the NEOnet website.
(3) Complete this Form so we can keep track of your progress.
Requirements:
(1) Complete all videos and activities in the PD On-Demand Course.
(2) Complete this Job Embedded Learning Log where you list and describe the various ways you are integrating what you have learned into your daily tasks. The requirement is 7.5 hours logged.
(3) Complete one of these Capstone Projects: AI in PBL Planning OR AI PD Session
(4) Email your completed Job Embedded Log and Capstone Project to NEOnet’s Technology Integration Specialist at dniessen@neonet.org no later than June 25, 2025.

About this course:
This course will allow educators to dive into the world of educational technology, from Google basics to cutting-edge educational AI apps.
Course Sequence:
This course is divided into three parts:
Google for Education – Essential skills and knowledge teachers should know to make the most of Google Tools
EdTech Tools – Powerful apps teachers can add to their teaching to make their classroom more efficient and engaging
AI – Explore the basics of AI and several apps that can benefit teachers and students
Registration:

(2) Enroll in NEOnet EdTech Teacher on NEOnet PD On-Demand. You will need to log into the NEOnet website.
(3) Complete this Form so we can keep track of your progress.
Requirements:
(1) Complete all videos and activities in the PD On-Demand Course.
(2) Complete this Job Embedded Learning Log where you list and describe the various ways you are integrating what you have learned into you daily tasks. The requirement is 20 hours logged.
(3) Using one of the linked templates, complete one of these Capstone Projects: 1-month lesson plan map OR Semester Curriculum Map OR a custom Capstone approved by the instructor
