eFinancePLUS (eFP) Virtual Training Series: Situation Table/Activity Tracker

Hi everyone! Welcome to the eFinancePLUS (eFP) virtual training series! We are excited to get started on our session about Situation Types and Activity Tracker in the Human Resources module.

During this session, we will discuss the importance of these features and how they can help you better manage tracking employee information where there isn’t already a place to do so in eFP. We’ll also be providing helpful tips and tricks to get the most out of these features. Feel free to ask any questions you have while we go through the presentation.

This session would be perfect for any eFP users in Human Resources or Payroll looking for a way to track professional development, staff evaluations, discipline, or leave without pay.

Changes to Event RSVP Process

Hello! Just a quick note to let you know that we have improved our RSVP process. With this change attendees will now choose the actual location they will participate at. This helps us manage available seating.

You will see these RSVP options on events as this capability rolls out (see sample image to the left). The overall process is the same, you will simply just click the RSVP button that matches the location you will be attending.

If you need to change your location, simply use the “Modify RSVP” button and set your status to “Not Going.” Once you click “Update” your original RSVP will be cleared allowing you to choose a new location that has availability. Attending Virtually is of course available to all attendees regardless of location selected.
