Content Filtering Software Outage
CUYAHOGA FALLS, OH –September 9, 2020 – On September 8, 2020 Securly, the Northeast Network for Educational Technology (NEOnet) content filtering software provider, experienced an outage with their eastern cluster hosting site. The school districts started reporting issues around 8:30 a.m. and at 11:34 a.m. Securly reported the service was fully operational. This outage affected all educational entities that participate in the NEOnet consortium filtering program.
