About this course:

This course will explore AI's impact on teachers, students, and education as a whole. The goal of this course is to provide educators with a comprehensive look at AI, how to take advantage of it for the classroom, and how to encourage responsible use of AI.

Course Sequence:

This course is broken into 5 parts:

• Intro to AI in Education
• Brisk AI Teaching Assistant
• PBL in the AI Era
• Managing AI Misuse
• AI for HQSD

Registration:

2. 2)

   Exploring AI In Education  on NEOnet PD On-Demand. You will need to log into the NEOnet website.

3. 3)

   Complete this Form so we can keep track of your progress. 

Requirements:

1. 1)

   Complete all videos and activities in the PD On-Demand Course.  

2. 2)

   Complete this  Job Embedded Learning Log where you list and describe the various ways you are integrating what you have learned into your daily tasks. The requirement is  7.5 hours logged.

3. 3)

   Complete one of these Capstone Projects: AI in PBL Planning
   OR
   AI PD Session

4. 4)

   Email your completed Job Embedded Log and Capstone Project to NEOnet's Technology Integration Specialist at dniessen@neonet.org  no later than June 25, 2025.

• EdTech Tools - Powerful apps teachers can add to their teaching to make their classroom more efficient and engaging
• AI - Explore the basics of AI and several apps that can benefit teachers and students
