About this course:

This course will explore AI's impact on teachers, students, and education as a whole. The goal of this course is to provide educators with a comprehensive look at AI, how to take advantage of it for the classroom, and how to encourage responsible use of AI. Please note, you may take only one of these Grad Credit courses.

Course Sequence:

This course is broken into 5 parts:

• Intro to AI in Education
• Brisk AI Teaching Assistant
• Magic School AI
• PBL in the AI Era
• Managing AI Misuse

   Complete this  Job Embedded Learning Log where you list and describe the various ways you are integrating what you have learned into your daily tasks. The requirement is  7.5 hours logged.

3. 3)

   Complete one of these Capstone Projects:  AI in PBL Planning OR AI PD Session

4. 4)

3. 3)

   Complete one of these Capstone Projects: 1-month lesson plan map OR Semester Curriculum Map OR  a custom Capstone approved by the instructor

4. 4)

   Write a 3-page reflection paper - identify and explain at least 5 key takeaways from this course, including specific examples of how you plan to use the information in your position. Please write in a Google Doc or Word, 12pt Times New Roman font, at least 3 full pages.

5. 5)

   Email your completed Job Embedded Log, Capstone Project, and Reflection Paper to NEOnet's Technology Integration Specialist at  dniessen@neonet.org no later than June 26, 2026.
