NEOnet does not guarantee the delivery, timing, or order of SMS messages, as delivery is dependent on third-party carrier networks and external factors. Recipients may receive SMS messages that include operational details such as site names, alert types, originating phone numbers associated with emergency calls, or secure links to additional emergency information. Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient’s mobile carrier and service plan. Recipients may request removal from SMS notifications by contacting NEOnet or their organization’s designated administrator. Removal requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. NEOnet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue SMS notifications at any time without prior notice.
