Per the requirements found in Ohio Revised Code 3309.345, the Executive Director plans to recommend Mr. Brian Ruffner for re-employment after his retirement, which is effective May 5, 2026. The Board of Directors will hold a meeting on Tuesday, April 8, 2026, which will include a public hearing on this topic. The executive director plans to recommend Mr. Ruffner's rehiring to the Board of Directors at their meeting on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. If approved by the Board, Mr. Ruffner’s first day of service will be Wednesday, May 6, 2026.

In addition, the Executive Director plans to recommend Mrs. Sandy Sparr for re-employment after her retirement, which is effective April 1, 2026. The Board of Directors will hold a meeting on Tuesday, April 8, 2026, which will include a public hearing on this topic. The executive director plans to recommend Mrs. Sparr's rehiring to the Board of Directors at their meeting on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. If approved by the Board, Mrs. Sparr’s first day of service will be Monday, June 1, 2026.
