Did you know that there is a replacement for Classic’s RPTSUM?
It’s called Reporting Entity Count Summary Report. This provides Retirement Days, ODJFS Weeks, EMIS Attendance, and absence days with a percentage of attendance by selected periods. When you run this, you will want to use Pay Period dates (not pay dates) for Retirement Days, and Quarter Dates when running for ODJFS. This report will also include Long Term Illness Days for EMIS staff reporting verification.
Did you know in eFP you can run reports in the background?
If you are running a report in excel and you are worried it will take a long time, you can select the “Run in the Background” option to ensure that your report runs without slowing down your computer. This option will also help you multitask while the report is running.
When completed, the report can be found on the My Documents panel on the User Homepage, Documents item on the Toolbar of most pages, or through eForms & Tools > Tools > View Files
